Meal Plans

The Meal Plans have been designed to be followed with their respective Training Programs. Each MealPlan is tailored to provide the daily energy requirements needed for maintaining your energy levels on each day of the program for someone between the weight of 75 to 85kg. 

If you are below this weight you will most likely gain weight and if you are above this weight you will most likely lose weight. If this does not suit you please contact us to speak to Dan. 

Each Meal Plan hits the Macronutrients for muscle growth, performance and recovery optimisation. The Micronutrients are at the recommended amounts for health and well-being.
